When placing an order for an illustration project, you can share details or a description of the illustration you want to incorporate. You can also share reference images if needed.

We offer multiple illustration styles including: watercolor, pencil, charcoal, realistic, vector art, hand-drawn, cartoon, comic, line art, and mascot illustrations. If you have any other style in mind you can discuss it with us on chat or call and a sales representative will guide you accordingly.

You can view our work in our portfolio section above, or you can also request samples based on your requirements from your account manager.

Once you place an order and share your requirements with the team, you’ll receive a correspondence with illustration styles to choose from along with a written brief that maps out your illustration. After the style and brief is approved, we create the first draft and share it with you. When we have your approval, we’ll add the finishing touches before sending you the final file.

The project’s duration depends on the type of illustration style chosen and the level of detail required, among other factors. Single simple element illustrations can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the complexity of the project. You can discuss your requirements with your account manager for a more accurate timeline.

Revisions can range from minor to major ones. Minor revisions include the following:

Fixing small details
Adding strokes
Changing colors
Changing the placement of the characters*
Changing the expressions of a character etc.*

*changing placements/expressions in minor revisions are limited to: making a character look sideways, smile, etc., but not changing the course of action of a character in a scene.

Major revisions can be discussed with your account manager.

We take your approval every step of the way and finalise the style beforehand according to your requirements. However, if your illustration does not meet the shared brief, you can reach out to your account manager, and they will be able to guide you better.

Yes, you will have complete ownership of the illustration upon completion.
