Google My Business Setup & Recovery Terms of Use:

Eligibility for Service

The "GMB Profile Setup" package is strictly for establishing new GMB/GBP accounts. Existing Google Business Profiles are not eligible for this specific service.

Required Documentation

Clients using CDP's Google My Business (GMB) services are required to provide Google with valid identification and pertinent business documents for verification. This typically includes business licenses, identification documentation, and other relevant certifications.

If these documents are not provided, Google may delay the client's profile setup. CDP will not assume responsibility for such delays.

Verification Video Calls

Google may require clients to complete verification video calls as part of the GMB validation procedure. These calls are intended to confirm the client's identity and ownership of the business linked to the GMB listing.

Clients agree to independently manage and participate in these verification calls directly with Google. CDP is not accountable for delays resulting from the client's non-participation in these video calls.

Profile Setup and Support

Clients purchasing the GMB Profile Setup service will receive complimentary support for 30 days after their Google profile has been established and optimized. This support encompasses assistance with technical difficulties, optimization questions, and general inquiries regarding the GMB service provided.

This support is typically billed separately but is provided by CDP at no extra charge for the first 30 days. After this period, support queries will not be entertained by CDP without a newly established support agreement.

Important Note: The 30-day complimentary support will be immediately revoked if the client breaches Google's guidelines and policies related to GMB/GBP. Detailed information on Google's policies is available here.

Client Responsibilities in Case of Suspension

If a client's GMB listing becomes suspended, the client must promptly follow the steps provided by CDP’s support team. These steps might involve supplying additional documentation to Google, correcting violations of Google's policies, or formally appealing Google's suspension decision.

CDP will not be responsible for any delays or damages incurred if the client does not follow the advised steps.

Dispute Resolution

Both parties commit to first attempting a friendly resolution for any disagreements. Clients may submit complaints or issues at any stage of the project to contact@contentdevelopmentpros.com, and our management team will promptly address these concerns. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to settle the dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), utilizing services from the American Arbitration Association (adr.org).
